Powering women's progress



In a traditionally male-dominated industry like finance, women are kept back in many visible and invisible ways. Citi has chosen to take a leadership position on gender equality, and is making it easy and meaningful for everyone to do their part.

An important part of this ambition is the Citi Women diversity network which we helped rebrand around a new purpose – "Powering Women's Progress."

With the new purpose and updated identity, a range of activities were launched around the pillars of education, employment and empowerment. Enrolment and engagement in the network has seen a significant increase among both women and male allies.
